**Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Education Tutor to join our team at Norwich City Community Sports Foundation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and staff.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality numeracy, literacy, and PSHE interventions to small groups, as well as delivering wider school programs to engage new schools.

A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum is on offer for this position, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver high-quality numeracy, literacy, and PSHE interventions to small groups
  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Monitor progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
