Job Title: Trainee Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Teaching Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to develop their skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

About the Role:
  • Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Assist in the development of knowledge and skills of pupils with SEN.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for pupils.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and support to pupils to help them achieve their full potential.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
