About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Facilities Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centres, providing exceptional customer service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all data centres
  • Manage and develop teams of engineers, providing technical and leadership expertise
  • Maintain existing operational data centres to the highest level of availability
  • Help build and bring online new data centres
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Assist and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
  • Liaise with internal teams and management groups
  • Create and maintain metrics on data centre performance
