Job Title: Project Manager

Lionsgate Contractors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our commercial refurbishment projects in Dudley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Motivate and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement changes as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee and support CDM and M&E elements of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project risks, identify potential challenges, and develop contingency plans.
  • Lead project meetings, including kick-off, progress, and handover meetings/reports.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
