Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Sales & Project Delivery team at MET Recruitment Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing assigned accounts, achieving sales profit and financial gains for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Establish and develop productive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the involvement of personnel, including support, service, and resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Profitability Targets: Meet assigned targets for profitability on assigned accounts.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an on-going basis.
  • Solution Development: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
  • Project Execution: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Project Planning: Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Project Monitoring: Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Change Management: Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Project Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
