The Role:

As the Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, from inception to completion. This includes managing site operations, subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers, as well as ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the construction project from start to finish.
  • Oversee all site operations, including managing subcontractors, site staff, and suppliers.
  • Ensure the project is delivered to the agreed programme, quality, and budget.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage and mitigate any project risks, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on similar-sized new build construction projects (£10m+).Strong leadership and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and building regulations.Experience with managing Tier 1 construction projects.Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

Salary & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £78,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive package including:
