Wayman Group is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Theatre Education Specialist to contribute to the development of our Drama curriculum. As a specialist in Theatre Education, you will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Drama lessons and producing engaging performances.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering Drama lessons that meet curriculum standards, developing creative teaching strategies, and assessing student progress. You will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues to plan and participate in school events, productions, and extra-curricular activities.

  • Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance students' dramatic skills and knowledge.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback to support their learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver whole-school productions and events.

Salary: £44,000 - £52,239 per annum (MPS/UPS).
