Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Estates Capital Projects and other team members to develop and implement project plans
- Manage budgets and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolution of issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and industry standards
