Scottish Drugs Forum is seeking a dedicated Harm Reduction Specialist to join our team.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per year.

About the Role: As a Harm Reduction Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with people who use drugs to create meaningful magazine and podcast content. This involves direct interaction with readers, contributors, and audience members to build a vibrant, inclusive space for open dialogue, mutual support, and shared learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, curate, create, and edit content for a peer-led magazine.
  • Manage teams, supervise staff, and work in residential rehab, support services or services regulated by the Care Inspectorate.
  • Support budget management and demonstrate organizational values and beliefs.
