The Role:

As an Import Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire import sea freight process, from start to finish. This includes collaborating with overseas agents, collecting shipping documentation, completing Customs entries, and arranging haulage with our transport team. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless coordination with our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage import sea freight shipments from start to finish
  • Collaborate with overseas agents and collect shipping documentation
  • Complete Customs entries and arrange haulage with the transport team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Work closely with the transport team to ensure timely and efficient delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous import forwarding experience
  • Familiarity with shipping documentation, such as Bills of Lading
  • Customs clearance experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good IT knowledge and proficiency in relevant software
