Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Mill Hill Secondary School.

About the Role

This full-time position involves supporting pupils with additional learning needs across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with pupils on a 1-to-1 and small group basis, providing academic support in a range of lessons.

Your calm and consistent approach will be essential in helping pupils overcome learning barriers and achieve progress. You will also work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers to provide assessments and reports.
