About the Role

Adecco UK is seeking a highly experienced Accounting Professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial accounting processes, including budgeting and forecasting service provision, undertaking financial analysis and reporting, and supporting the production and monitoring of Medium-Term Financial Plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production and monitoring of Medium-Term Financial Plans, responsible for budgeting and forecasting service provision.
  • Undertake financial analysis and reporting as required.
  • Line manage both Senior Accounting Technicians and/or Accounting Technicians, including recruitment, selection, and performance management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in managing financial accounting processes. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possession of a Professional Accountancy Qualification (e.g. CCAB or CIMA).
  • Experience of working closely with senior accountants to contribute to high-quality financial governance and compliance.
  • Ability to provide financial advice to Budget Holders and business planning.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a pension scheme, and a generous holiday allowance.
