This role involves providing tailored support to students with special educational needs, enhancing their academic and social progression.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to students with learning needs.
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals to support students effectively.
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote their well-being and engagement.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic support system.
- Willingness to work with students in a one-on-one setting and in small groups who have learning difficulties.
- Ability to arrange educational activities based on student proficiency with assistance from a teacher.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Development of social skills and assistance with individual needs.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Providing counselling and academic help.
- Experience working with young individuals with special needs is preferred.
