Job Description

We're looking for a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our digital engagement and footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to software licensing and information compliance regulations in our use of business systems and software.
  • Provide staff training, liaising with staff teams and working groups to understand key challenges within existing systems and technology.
  • Create user-friendly training materials to support with staff training and system implementation.
  • Translate potentially technical language into clear and jargon-free training/guidance.
  • Experience of SharePoint, Teams, and other MS applications at super user or site collection admin level.

  • Proficient in developing and delivering training to a range of skill levels (in person and remotely).
  • General understanding of data protection and information management best practices.
