About the Role

A high-achieving Automotive Sales Expert is required to thrive in our dynamic sales environment at Arnold Clark Motorstore in Warrington.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in finding their ideal vehicle, offering expert advice on specifications and options
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers through every stage of the sales process
  • Sell tailored sales packages that meet customers' needs, including finance and servicing solutions
  • Coordinate vehicle orders and deliveries efficiently
  • Maintain sales performance and customer experience standards
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Superb communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Tons of energy and enthusiasm
  • An understanding of the importance of being well-organised and detail-oriented
  • A passion for a fulfilling career in sales
  • A full driving licence held for at least 1 year

We estimate a salary range of £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on performance. You'll also enjoy a flexible five-day working week, 33 days' annual leave, comprehensive training, private healthcare, and generous retail discounts.
