Senior Clinical Psychology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Psychology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and expertise to our Intensive Support Team, developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our service users.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Clinical Psychologist to take on a senior leadership role within our team. As Senior Clinical Psychology Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality care to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise to our Intensive Support Team
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to meet the needs of our service users
- Work closely with our clinicians, managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of professionals in the delivery of high-quality care

Requirements:
- Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Post-graduate training in a specialist therapeutic modality
- Experience of working with adults with complex mental health needs
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
