Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with supervisors and subcontract teams to achieve programme delivery, ensuring all client and operational requirements are met.
• Manage timely and accurate input into works management systems, escalating issues as necessary.
• Provide regular reports to monitor service levels and objectives, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions, addressing challenges and opportunities.

Requirements:
• Administrative experience in utilities or infrastructure services, with a strong understanding of business operations.
• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
