Your Role

The Leaf Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our baby leaf production. This involves working closely with our production teams to gather data, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and analyzing leaf samples to ensure they meet our quality standards.
  • Collaborating with our agronomy, operations, and technical teams to optimize yields and quality.
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to minimize defects and waste.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to our harvest team to improve cutting height and optimize yields.
  • Assessing and segregating batches to ensure compliance with our quality assurance protocols.
  • Communicating with our teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective problem-solving.
