Job Title: Night Support Assistant (Supported Housing)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £24,627 per annum, plus 10% night shift allowance

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Location: Jamaica St, Bristol

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding. As a Night Support Assistant, you will be working with vulnerable adults who are at risk of homelessness, providing them with the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals and aspirations.

You will be part of a committed team that delivers an outstanding service during the night, assisting the support team in putting customers first and empowering them to achieve their goals.

About You

  • You will have an understanding of the barriers faced by vulnerable and diverse customer groups and individuals with complex needs.
  • You will have experience of working in a team and communicating positively with other people.
  • You will have the ability to organise tasks and plan accordingly whilst dealing with people.
  • You will have basic administrative and IT skills to maintain records.
  • Experience of working with vulnerable and diverse customer groups or individuals with complex needs would be an advantage.
