The Role

We are seeking a Geoscientist II to provide technical support during the pre and post-sales process for our RokDoc and Curate suite of software. The successful candidate will establish a 'trusted advisor' relationship with users, deliver software training as required, and work closely with the Sales team to progress sales and nurture designated accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and disseminate high-quality material related to our software products.
  • Deliver presentations and software demos for all products in our portfolio, gathering client feedback to inform software development prioritization.
  • Provide regional support to the Sales team in evangelizing our software products to internal services and external clients/prospects.
  • Work with account managers to progress sales and nurture designated accounts.
  • Lead software training and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Previous knowledge of drilling, seismic acquisition/processing, rock physics, seismic interpretation, seismic inversion, or geology & geophysics software support.
  • Experience in navigating and supporting digital transformation processes within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate extensive use of RokDoc software and proficiency in Python coding language.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work in a small local team with minimal supervision.
