Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing performance, managing exceptions, and ensuring seamless operations. You will be at the forefront of analyzing data, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the EM team on performance management topics, ensuring data-driven insights inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the LCC and Freight Settlement teams to streamline the end-to-end process, reducing complexity and increasing efficiency.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate and model data from various sources, providing comprehensive and accurate analysis in line with freight forwarding operations.
  • Evaluate the performance of external vendors and carriers through data analysis, helping to make informed decisions on vendor selection and performance improvement.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, ensuring a customer-centric approach in freight operations.
  • Conduct analysis on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and analytical models, generating regular reports for management and key stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, with a solid understanding of 4PL concepts.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Previous experience in Ops CAPA processes and SLA management is an advantage.
