Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing data, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our logistics processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the EM team on performance management topics, ensuring seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the LCC and Freight Settlement to streamline the end-to-end process, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Work with IT teams to integrate and model data from various sources, providing comprehensive and accurate analysis in line with freight forwarding operations.
  • Evaluate the performance of external vendors and carriers through data analysis, informing vendor selection and performance improvement decisions.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, ensuring a customer-centric approach in freight operations.
  • Conduct analysis on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and analytical models, generating regular reports for management and key stakeholders.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, with a solid understanding of 4PL concepts.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and performance improvement, with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Previous experience in Ops CAPA processes and SLA management is an advantage.
