Chromatography Service Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading OEM in the Chromatography space as a Field Service Engineer. The company is looking for an engineer with Chromatography engineering experience to expand their services in the Cambridge area.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of an experienced team offering first-class customer support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing installations of new instrumentation, followed by customer training.
- Preventative maintenance visits usually on an annual basis.
- Validation of instrumentation, IQOQ / PQ testing.
- Reporting of all service jobs using SAP in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate inventory of spare parts in car stock.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience within a field service environment in the laboratory instrument industry (Minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications and PC hardware.
- A current, clean UK driving license and passport.
