We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Helpline Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch service to clients across the region
- Utilize company van, mobile phone, and tools to ensure efficient service delivery
- Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000
- 20 days of holiday entitlement, rising to 25 days with time served
- 8 bank holiday days
