At Grand Care Centre, we are seeking a highly skilled Reception Services Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a purpose-built care home located in Formby, Merseyside.

About the Role:

We are looking for a kind, caring, and organised individual to provide an efficient reception service, treating residents, guests, and visitors courteously and efficiently at all times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a welcoming and secure reception service, maintaining visitor records, meeting prospective residents and their families, showing them around the home, offering a reception service, answering calls, handling enquiries, and transferring calls to relevant departments or staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and helpful at all times.
  2. Maintain accurate visitor records and ensure that all visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently.
  3. Support the Home Administrator as needed, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  1. A friendly and approachable attitude is essential.
  2. Good organisation, maintaining a tidy environment and a helpful attitude are essential.
  3. The ability to build positive relationships with residents, relatives, staff, and visitors is crucial.
  4. Effective time management skills are necessary.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure smooth administration and reception services.
