About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art care home, where you will be responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception service, maintaining visitor records, meeting prospective residents and their families, showing them around the home, offering a reception service, answering calls, handling enquiries, and transferring calls to relevant departments or staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage front desk operations smoothly and efficiently, ensuring that all visitors are greeted warmly and efficiently.
  2. Process visitor records accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all visitors are registered and accounted for.
  3. Collaborate with the Home Administrator to ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  1. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team to ensure smooth administration and reception services.
