Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Apprentice IT Professional to join our team. As an Apprentice IT Professional, you will be responsible for providing 1st line email, phone, and remote support to clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Work collaboratively with senior engineers to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Provide training and maintain documentation to maximise system utilisation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and be willing to go the extra mile.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • IT skills: A solid understanding of IT principles and concepts is necessary for success in this position.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail when resolving technical issues.

Training and Development:

The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, including an ICT (Information Communications Technician) Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, Functional Skills in maths and English, and A Level 3 IT qualifications. Our Just IT Apprenticeship team will also provide full training and support to increase skills.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
