MW Appointments is seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Apprentice to join its esteemed Apprenticeship Programme. As a Trainee Broker/ Apprentice, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional results in the Insurance Broking sector.


Responsibilities

  • Become fully immersed in one of the Insurance Broking Speciality teams, which include Fine Art, Specie, Aviation, Reinsurance, and Broking Operations.
  • Support the team with daily activities and tasks, developing a comprehensive understanding of the sector.
  • Assist in broader initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
  • Be involved in preparing pitches and participate in delivering them, refining communication and presentation skills.
  • Collect, track, and analyze data, enhancing analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required, adapting to changing priorities and responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educated to a minimum of A-Levels (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9 - 4 (C or above) including Maths and English.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 environment.
  • Strong general IT skills.
  • Attention to detail.
