Air Tightness Engineer Position

Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a skilled Air Tightness Engineer to join their award-winning consultancy in the construction sector.



Job Description:

This role involves conducting air tightness tests on various residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry guidelines. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.



Responsibilities:
  1. Transport equipment safely to and from test sites;
  2. Liaise with site agents and personnel;
  3. Plan and conduct tests according to regulations;
  4. Evaluate results and identify defects where necessary;
  5. Produce ATTMA short reports using electronic systems.


Requirements:
  • ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification;
  • Relevant experience in air tightness testing;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Full UK driving licence;
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations or construction industry guidelines.
