Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff schedules to ensure seamless coverage during peak periods.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of reception staff.
  • Maintain compliance with practice policies, NHS standards, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff for their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in using electronic health records systems (e.g., EMIS, SystmOne) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, NHS guidelines, and data protection regulations is advantageous.
