Job Overview

Arrow McLaren IndyCar is looking for a skilled Sustainability Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing our environmental management system, ensuring compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 14001 and FIA 3* Environmental Accreditation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and support delivery of projects that enhance environmental performance across operational areas. This includes collaborating with design, production, research and development, and car build teams to scope and implement sustainable solutions.

Your expertise will be instrumental in engaging with suppliers to promote product choices that favour sustainability and reduce waste. You will also support the calculation of environmental metrics and sustainability reporting, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement the environmental management system (EMS)
  • Engage with suppliers to promote sustainable product choices
  • Support the calculation of environmental metrics and sustainability reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects in an operational or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of environmental considerations and impacts in manufacturing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience using standard methodologies
