Be a Key Player in Our Delivery Team

We're looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Collections and Delivery Drivers in Medway. As a key player in our delivery team, you'll be responsible for driving a long wheel-based van, delivering parcels on a dedicated route, quickly and efficiently, while maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Plan your delivery route and carry out safety checks on your vehicle.
  • Lift and carry items up to 30kg, equivalent to 32 bags of sugar.
  • Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses.
  • Go the extra mile for our customers as you deliver everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
  • Support the growing business and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving licence, with no more than six points.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Upbeat and self-motivated.
  • Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
  • Good level of fitness to meet demands of the role.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Resilience and flexibility.

Additional Information:
Pay rates up until 28th of October: £14.04 p/h. Peak Pay Rates (28th October 2024 to 12th January 2025 only): £16.77 p/h. There may also be an uplift in pay for overtime (Over 40 hours) & Bank Holidays.
