Job Title: Senior Web Publishing Specialist

A highly experienced individual is required to lead content production projects for the Chesamel Group, a prominent player in the smartphone and smart home devices market.

This is an ongoing hybrid contract position that demands exceptional knowledge of web publishing, project management, and content management systems.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in web publishing, content management, or digital campaign management, with outstanding attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects across over 20 individual markets.

Key responsibilities include reinforcing production best practices, building content for in-house content management systems, providing project management and cross-functional coordination, and managing project schedules and milestones.

Responsibilities
  1. Reinforce production best practices from creative briefing to launch.
  2. Build selected content for in-house content management system.
  3. Provide project management and cross-functional coordination with global teams and creative agencies to deliver outstanding program outcomes.
  4. Program manage localisation and validation process across EMEA markets.
  5. Manage project schedules, identify possible issues, and communicate them to project stakeholders.
  6. Publish new landing pages, remove existing pages/modules and redirect deprecated URLs.
  7. Upload, publish, tweak, change and test a variety of content for promotional purposes.
  8. Represent production timing and expenditures with cross-functional stakeholders.
  9. Deliver and implement recommendations to improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in place of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in either of these disciplines: web publishing, content management or digital campaign management.
  • Extreme attention to detail while managing multiple projects across over 20 individual markets.
  • Experience with in-house creative, production or publishing methodologies and tools.
  • Adept with project management tools (Smartsheet) and localisation processes.
  • Experience operating in large matrices and executing scalable processes.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different regions.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to problem solve, take accountability and seek answers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
