We are seeking an experienced Head of Payroll to lead our large payroll function and drive future improvements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of payroll services to over 10,000 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals to deliver high-quality payroll services.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes to ensure compliance with legislation and relevant agreements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to oversee key projects and drive business growth.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing, including salary, bonuses, and company car benefits.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve payroll services and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar shared services environment, with a strong background in payroll management.
- Project management and implementation experience, with the ability to drive change and improve processes.
- Excellent team and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and senior leadership.
- High volume payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and regulations.
- Strong character and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
