Job Opportunity for a Biology Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Biology Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging Biology lessons to students, creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and assessing and providing constructive feedback to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver high-quality Biology lessons to students, utilizing a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
  • Classroom Management: Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, creating a well-organized and respectful learning environment.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding of Biology concepts.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve academic goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: QTS Status and enhanced up-to-date DBS.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Teaching experience of Biology at the Secondary level.
  • Skills: Strong communication and classroom management skills, passion for inspiring young minds.
