Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our HR Operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Directorates in delivering high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general HR support to specific Directorates and cross-cover as required
  • Apply HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence
  • Support employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with line managers to deliver operational HR needs
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives
Requirements
  • Sound decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and positively with colleagues
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in HR Operations or a related field
