Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day facilities services, leading a team of Facilities Assistants and Coordinators, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Be the primary point of contact for each office, addressing queries and concerns, and escalating major issues to the Senior Facilities Manager.
  • Ensure all offices provide a welcoming and presentable environment for staff and clients, adhering to Kennedys' high standards.
  • Manage team attendance and absence, providing cover when needed, and supporting the Senior Facilities Manager with statutory compliance paperwork.
  • Coordinate maintenance works with contractors, logging issues and ensuring timely resolution.

Requirements

  • BIFM 3 or above, or equivalent, with a willingness to undertake further development.
  • Proven facilities management experience, particularly in professional services.
  • Excellent administration skills, with strong Excel abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to identify and proactively manage end-user concerns or queries.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel between offices.
