The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets and a proven track record of managing and optimizing financial assets. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management, you will be able to develop and implement strategies that maximize efficiency and drive innovation in our treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset allocation and improve profitability.
  • Manage and safeguard clients' assets across all UK and EU entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability and liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant UK and EU regulations, as well as internal company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly in relation to FX operations.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting, proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel is a huge plus.
  • Familiarity with UK and EU financial regulations and compliance requirements.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
