Job Summary

">

We are seeking a skilled Tenant Engagement & Communication Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of positive tenant engagement throughout the association, delivering and supporting different methods of communication with tenants, and line managing the frontline Customer Service team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver the actions within the Tenant Engagement & Communication Strategy, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of our services are aligned with our values and vision.

  • Promote a culture of positive tenant engagement throughout the association by identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions to address them.

    ">">
  • Develop and implement innovative methods of tenant engagement and support operational staff in the implementation of these methods to involve our tenants in the services they receive.

  • Line manage the frontline Customer Service team members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • ">
  • A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in a field such as social care, community development, or a related area.

    ">">
  • Proven experience of developing and implementing tenant engagement strategies, with a track record of success in promoting positive tenant engagement.

    ">">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and residents.

    ">">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and priorities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
