At PACT, we are committed to providing high-quality services to prisoners and their families. We are seeking a highly skilled Prison Community Outreach Manager to lead our family engagement efforts at HMP Coldingley.

**Job Summary:**
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team. As a Prison Community Outreach Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our family engagement services, organizing Family Days, and collaborating with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre. You will also contribute to the planning and development of PACT's family work and possess knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice.

**About You:**
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in community outreach, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will also need to possess knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice and be able to work effectively with families and other stakeholders.

**Benefits:**

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
