**Job Summary**

This role is pivotal in driving market growth and strengthening our market position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Volkswagen head office team to develop and implement strategic plans for sales.
  • Monitor progress against targets and adjust strategies as needed to ensure success.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for BDMs and other stakeholders to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to BDMs, ensuring they have the tools and information needed to succeed.
  • Act as a customer support function, assisting customers with inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
