Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Research Systems Coordinator to support the continued development and use of our Worktribe research management platform. This role will involve day-to-day system management, ensuring optimisation and accurate use by our researchers and support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Worktribe system, ensuring it is appropriately configured and used to support grant applications and management
  • Provide guidance and support to researchers and the Research Services team in using the system effectively
  • Work closely with IT, Finance, and HR colleagues to ensure integration and seamless use across the organisation
  • Communicate updates to help documentation, user notes, and deliver front-line support to users
Requirements:
  • Experience of using research management platforms, preferably Worktribe
  • Familiarity with the external funding landscape for universities and non-HEIs, including understanding of funders and approaches to grant funding
  • Ability to work methodically and practically to ensure appropriate testing occurs before implementing system updates
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to provide clear guidance and support to users
