Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date participating centre information, preparing investigator and sponsor files, and assisting with regulatory and ethics submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of participating centres, including contact details and contracts.
  2. Prepare and submit regulatory and ethics documents in a timely manner.
  3. Assist with the tracking and management of study materials and supplies.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study start-up and execution.
  5. Identify and escalate any issues that may impact study progress or quality.
Requirements:
  • 10 months' experience working as a Clinical Trial Assistant/Associate.
  • Excellent technical/IT skills and ability to adapt to new systems and software.
  • Knowledge of relevant operational procedures, systems, and quality guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
