Recruit UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team at a well-established Independent Financial Advice firm in the UK. As a Client Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the practice managers and providing exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Support the practice managers in maintaining accurate records and files
• Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide a high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving
• Prepare meeting packs and other materials as required
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction
