**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a vast property portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the portfolio, and providing exceptional service to tenants and landlords.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and maintain a large portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and queries
* Liaise with Lettings Negotiators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
* Resolve property-related issues, provide efficient solutions to tenants and landlords, and serve notices as required
* Process post, including Service Charge and Ground rents, and conduct inspections, deposit returns, and LL & TT queries
* Perform other ad-hoc or required duties as necessary

**Requirements**

* A calm and unflappable individual with strength of character, able to handle complex issues and queries
* Systematic approach with strong administrative skills, including secretarial skills to generate letters
* Problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary package commensurate with experience: £33,000 - £35,000
