Your New Role

As the Head of SHEQ, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive SHEQ strategy that aligns with the company's goals. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of SHEQ policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain a robust SHEQ framework that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Lead the development of training programs to enhance employee awareness and understanding of SHEQ policies and procedures.
  3. Collaborate with the management team to identify and mitigate SHEQ risks.
  4. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with SHEQ policies and procedures.
