Demised Services Manager

Savills Management Resources is seeking a skilled Demised Services Manager to promote and deliver bespoke FM services contracts for clients within retail units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the business development of the Demised services line across the Savills retail portfolio nationwide.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build relationships with centre management teams, leading working groups, meetings, and other initiatives to promote and support the roll out of Demised services to centres.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, including Health and Safety.
  • Inspect client floors on the frequency specified by the FMA.
  • Evaluate existing contractual relationships and ensure that the service provided by contractors is in line with the agreed specification.
  • Monitor client expenditure and ensure that invoices are approved in a timely manner.
  • Provide absence coverage for other Demised Services Managers.
Requirements:
  • Previous Facilities Manager experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience managing services to an agreed budget.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative without ongoing direct supervision.
  • Ability to use a full range of Microsoft applications.
  • Experience at a supervisory/managerial level within the commercial sector.

Working Hours: 37.5
