We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join the Blackpool team as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either commercial or aviation experience.
The Chair of the Audit Committee will play a key role in overseeing financial and governance matters, requiring a deep understanding of good governance practices and the ability to scrutinize and challenge the performance of the Company and Board.
As a Non-Executive Director, you will be expected to commit to a minimum of five meetings per year, plus training and away days as required. The role of Audit Committee Chair will entail an additional four meetings per year.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of Board or senior executive experience, who can bring a unique perspective and expertise to the role.
