Group Financial Director

SF Recruitment(Executive) is partnering with a Fylde-based, owner-managed group to find a talented Group Financial Controller. This critical role reports directly to the Finance Director and offers a chance to contribute to the company's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Control Environment: Develop and maintain a robust financial control environment, including finance operational processes and business systems.
- Treasury and Cash Management: Oversee treasury and cash management functions to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Cash Forecasting: Develop and implement effective cash forecasting processes to inform business decisions.
- Financial Systems: Integrate and maintain financial systems, including billing, credit control, and purchase ledger management.
- Acquisition Integration: Support the integration of new acquisitions into the group's financial systems.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with governance requirements and maintain a clean audit report.
- Commercial Support: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement margin improvement plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with the business and take on a leadership role in finance. The salary package includes a competitive salary of £70k - £80k, plus bonus and benefits, with a requirement for 5 days of office work per week.
