Job Summary:
SF Recruitment (Executive) is partnering with a Fylde-based, owner-managed, diverse group to find a highly skilled Group Financial Controller. This critical role reports directly to the Finance Director and plays a key part in the development of the business as it continues to scale.
About the Role:
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with the business during its next phase. The successful candidate will have exposure to leading a finance function, reporting into a credible and astute Finance Director, with a direct line of sight to the MD, Chairman, and NED.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the financial control environment, including all finance operational processes and business systems.
- Oversee finance and operational systems, treasury and cash management, cash forecasting, billing, credit control, and purchase ledger.
- Integrate new acquisitions and maintain a clean audit report.
- Support commercial teams on margin improvement plans.
What We Offer:
This role comes with an excellent salary of £70k - £80k, plus bonus and benefits. However, it requires the successful candidate to be in the office 5 days a week.
